Applications

Where Adente Vision lives, on real production lines, not in slide decks.

Six industries already deploy the unit, mostly through our integrator partners. Below is the practical scope, then the customer deployments running today.

Customer deployments

Recognition, quality control and position detection, in production.

Each of these is a real deployment in production today, at automotive, packaging and glass manufacturers, recognising and classifying parts, rejecting defects, and locating a hole or feature to the millimetre. Customer names withheld on request.

  • Headlight recognition

Deployed on a flaming cell at a leading automotive manufacturer, the unit tells left from right headlight and signals the robot which program to run, running live on the line, with no manual changeover.

  • Bumper identification

Running on an automotive assembly line, the unit recognises bumper variants as they reach the station, with a per-part confidence above 0.9 before the line acts on the result.

  • Cap inspection

In production on a high-speed packaging conveyor, the unit rejects broken, unclosed and hinge-damaged caps live, at full line speed, without slowing throughput.

  • Geometry and position

On parts running through the line, the unit measures feature coordinates and dimensions in millimetres, the position of a hole or a protrusion, located to spec for quality control and process improvement.

  • Glass positioning

On a robotic glass-handling line at a leading glass manufacturer, a custom unit pinpoints the exact position of transparent and coated glass, the hardest surface a vision system can be asked to locate, using Raman-shift analysis and laser-line optical detection to find the edge and face of near-invisible panels.
