Part identification

Part counting

The inspection point

A count error shows up when the customer counts after delivery, and it erodes trust. Counting has to happen on the line, and stacked or side-lying parts have to be counted correctly, which is exactly where human counting goes wrong.

How it runs on the line

The unit is mounted to see the whole tray in a single frame. The model learns a full, correctly laid-out tray, so an empty slot and stacked parts come out as deviation. The result and the count reach packing control.
