Assembly and missing part
Blister cavity verification
The inspection point
In blister packaging, dose accuracy is a regulatory matter: an empty cavity or a broken tablet has to be caught before sealing. The cavities are identical and the line is fast, so every cavity has to be checked separately within the same cycle.
How it runs on the line
The unit looks at the station before sealing, with the lighting set to separate the edge of the tablet from the floor of the cavity. The model learns how full, intact cavities look, so an empty cavity, a broken tablet or a double comes out as deviation. The reject signal goes to the line's ejection unit.
OKOne tablet in every cavity
