The inspection point

A label can be wrong in three separate ways: it is missing, it is crooked or lifting, or it is in the right place but belongs to another product. Each has a different consequence, and the last is the most expensive, because it means a false declaration of contents.

How it runs on the line

The unit looks at the point after labelling. Presence and position come from the image, content from reading the text and code on the label; both are compared with the product the line is running. Anything that does not match is removed.
