Accessory verification before packing

The inspection point

A washing machine, an oven or a water purifier leaves the line with its own accessory set: inlet hose, drain hose, filter, brackets, manual, spare-parts bag. The set changes with the product model, and a missing item surfaces at the customer's installation, as a service call and a returned carton. At the packing station the operator checks the set by eye at line speed, model after model, and that is exactly where an item gets skipped.

How it runs on the line

The unit is mounted over the packing station and sees the accessory compartment in a single frame before the carton is closed. Assembly and missing-part mode is trained on complete, correct sets, so an empty slot, a missing bag and a wrong item all come out as deviation. Each product model has its own reference set in Adente Vision Studio, the guided software that ships with the unit; the active set follows the model running on the line. The result reaches the PLC as pass/fail, and an incomplete carton is held at the station with the deviation shown to the operator.
