Assembly and missing part

Closure presence and seating

The inspection point

Whether a cap is there is the easy question; the real question is whether it is cross-threaded or tilted. Those look closed, leak anyway and shorten the shelf life. Line speed is high, so the decision has to be made in milliseconds on every bottle.

How it runs on the line

The unit looks at the conveyor after filling. The model learns how correctly closed products look, so a missing cap, a tilt or a difference in height comes out as deviation. The reject signal drives the ejection actuator.

Let us test your part.

We bring the unit to your line and measure your own part at your own line speed. The quote comes after that measurement.
