Wrong part and mix-up detection

The inspection point

A mixed-in part is another reference of similar size; to the eye it looks right, and it surfaces at assembly or at the customer's site. So the check has to ask 'is this the right part' on every part, not on a sample.

How it runs on the line

The unit looks at the feeding or packing point. The model learns the appearance of the expected part, so a different size, a different material or a different reference comes out as deviation. The reject signal goes to the line's ejection unit.
